The waste management and treatment issue is of fundamental importance for contemporary society, and in order to achieve environmental sustainability we must always strive to:

  • minimise land use
  • achieve zero emissions of pollutants
  • optimise the recovery and recycling of organic and non-organic materials
  • transform into energy as much of the non-recyclable fractions as possible, consistently with the waste-to-energy model

Our research, development and construction work is aimed at developing integrated systems and industrial processes capable of meeting these absolutely necessary requirements.

By optimising the different recycling, reutilisation and energy transformation procedures, we are able to develop innovatory processes enabling us combine environmental and economic sustainability.
